Aimee Little has had experience in the human services field for 12 years. She has been providing case management services for 3 years. She has a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology with a minor in Criminal Justice from SDSU. She began working for the Human Service Agency in March of 2017 after working at the South Dakota Developmental center for 12 years. Rebecca Omland joined New Horizons in May of 2016, providing conflict-free case management in Aberdeen and the surrounding area. Prior to becoming a case manager, she had eight years of experience working as a Direct Support Professional at Aspire, Inc. Rebecca has a BA in Sociology from Northern State University with specializations in Human Services and Criminal Justice and has had extensive training in Person Centered Thinking and Nonviolent Crisis Intervention. Charlene (Charlie) Ward has been in the human services field for over 20 years. She has a Bachelor of Science degree in both Sociology and Community Service with minors in Gerontology and Business from Northern State. She began working at the Human Service Agency in January, 2018 after working at Advance as a Residential Supervisor. Charlie has experience working with people requiring rehabilitation in both Colorado and South Dakota as a Long Term Care Administrator. Callie Schofield Went to Philip High School and worked at a daycare. She then moved to Madison to attend Dakota State University. Callie worked as a waitress and a Direct Support Professional (DSP) while in school, then accepted a DSP supervisor positon.
